All software code, audit reports, and security configurations delivered by us remain our property until full payment is received, at which point rights are transferred to the client as per the contract.
While we provide top-tier security and CCTV solutions, NexGen Solutions is not liable for data breaches or hardware failures caused by third-party vendor defects or client-side negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
