When Yonar International planned its new corporate headquarters in Muscat’s Avenue Mall, they required a partner capable of building a turnkey IT ecosystem from the ground up. Modern corporate environments require a seamless blend of security, connectivity, and communication to ensure employee productivity and operational flow. A fragmented approach with multiple vendors often leads to integration failures; Yonar needed a single architect for their entire digital backbone.
The project scope was comprehensive: building a high-speed enterprise Wi-Fi mesh network, an IP-based telephony system, a secure biometric access control system, and a full CCTV surveillance network. All these disparate systems had to be integrated onto a single, high-performance local area network (LAN) capable of handling concurrent voice, data, and video traffic without bottlenecks.
NexGen Solutions acted as the lead technology integrator for this workspace rollout. Our engineers designed a structured cabling and networking architecture that served as the foundation for all office services. We deployed high-capacity Wi-Fi access points for 100% office coverage and integrated an IP Phone system for crystal-clear unified communication.
Simultaneously, we installed RFID access controllers and HD cameras to secure the perimeter, all managed through a centralized server rack built for maximum reliability.
Completed in February 2025, the Yonar International project stands as a model for modern office IT infrastructure. The client moved into a fully "smart" workspace where security and connectivity were live and optimized from day one. By delivering a synchronized, multi-service deployment, NexGen ensured that the client’s technology supports their business growth rather than complicating it.
